The Ellroy Deflection

Here we go.  It's taken a few years to get to this point, but my first completed novel, 'The Ellroy Deflection,' has now been uploaded to Amazon and should go live within the next 24 hours.  I only stumbled upon self-publishing it as an eBook last week and have found it extremely easy to take forward.  Working full-time, as most would know, doesn't leave you with a lot of spare time to write a novel when there are so many other pressures in life. But, clichéd as it may seem, and as George McFly puts it, "if you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything."  I thought that I wouldn't get anywhere until I found a publisher, or an agent to find me a publisher.  However, the internet potential is now huge and my work will shortly be going global.  I've adapted it, formatted it, designed a cover and I submitted it to Amazon yesterday at the low introductory price of £1.49.  It's a very encouraging and exciting development and I shall be documenting my progress here.
