Trying a different strategy now.  Just want to get the book read, so I've repriced it at 99 cents for the US market and 99p in the UK.  I've submitted 4 press releases so far on some free PR sites that I've come across... www.pr.com, www.prlog.org/pub/account.html, www.free-press-release.com & www.pressMethod.com.  Let's see what happens.   Also, my interview with Morgen Bailey should be going live on morgenbailey.wordpress.com from 9am Saturday.
